💲Salary :$38,000 – $40,000 (based on experience) 20 days of Holidays

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Assistant to join our growing team in Las Vegas. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and efficient product flow in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and inspect incoming and outgoing goods

Organize storage according to warehouse plans

Pack and dispatch products accurately and efficiently

Manage logistics-related administrative tasks

Support quality objectives and KPI targets

Work independently when supervisors are unavailable

Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Managers regarding customer, product, and shipping matters

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Support other business areas when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in product handling and storage

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently and adapt to urgent needs

Knowledge of SAP (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong administrative and computer skills

Understanding of warehouse operations

Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines

Flexible attitude towards tasks and working hours

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, positive, and hands-on approach

Highly productive and punctual

Comfortable with physically demanding warehouse tasks

Education & Experience

Practical experience is essential

Degree in Logistics is a strong plus
