Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication
- Greet visitors professionally.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure proper document proofreading for accuracy.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses, invoices, and financial transactions
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient data management and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities
- Experience in office management or administrative roles within professional environments
- Exceptional customer service skills with polished phone etiquette and experience handling phone systems
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques.
