Duties
- Manage office communication, including email, voicemail, and mail.
- Prepare, print, and distribute weekly bulletins, weekly enews, and mailings as needed.
- Design flyers and graphics for church events and activities.
- Maintain member and friend records in the church database and membership software.
- Record donations and space-sharing income; prepare quarterly statements.
- Coordinate building use, vendors, and maintenance with Trustees.
- Maintain church calendar and support space-sharing meetings and church events.
- Manage volunteer communication for Monday night community dinner and meal delivery.
- Assist the Pastor with special services, funerals, and related administrative needs.
- Update the church website and social media.
Qualifications
- Administrative experience preferred, especially in a church or nonprofit setting.
- Strong organization, communication, and computer skills.
- Experience with databases, email, social media, and website updates preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Spanish or Korean language skills a plus.
