Hiring: Office Manager – First Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Palm Beaches
Looking for a meaningful part-time role with a socially active and caring church community? The First Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Palm Beaches (North Palm Beach, FL) is seeking a skilled, personable Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Minister, this vital role provides administrative support for our programs, manages our office systems, handles QuickBooks record-keeping, coordinates calendars, and serves as a warm, welcoming presence for our members, visitors, and community partners.
- Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week, 5 days) with a flexible schedule that can accommodate your life outside of work.
- Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with your skills and experience.
- Timeline: This position will begin in mid-July.
- What We're Looking For: A High School diploma and 2 years of administrative or office management experience, including proficiency in QuickBooks. Strong communication skills are a must, and experience in a non-profit/church environment or bilingual skills (Spanish/Creole) are a huge plus!
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
