Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.   Weekday availability for Mon - Fri, approx. 8:00am - 6:00 pm.

Starting pay wage based upon previous banking experience.  

Full-time New Accounts Representative (CSR 3)

New Accounts Representative (Sr. CSR 3) position is primarily responsible for performing teller duties, which includes cashing checks, receiving and processing deposits, payments and withdrawals for individual and business accounts. The position performs a variety of customer services such as opening new checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts, closing deposit accounts, answering questions from existing and prospective customers, and answering and transferring calls. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities.  Additionally applies general knowledge of teller operations and bank products and services to work performed and works under general supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of prior experience as a New Accounts Representative with another bank. 

First Texoma National Bank is currently seeking an individual experienced as a New Accounts Representative.  This position will drive the focus of providing an outstanding customer service experience for First Texoma National Bank. 
✅  This position will be responsible for assessing the needs of our customers and fulfilling those needs by either performing the work or referring the customer to the appropriate area of the bank
✅  The New Accounts Representative will perform actions including opening and servicing deposit accounts while also performing teller line transactions for customers.
✅  The New Accounts Representative will ensure to create an environment for our customers that aligns with the First Texoma National Bank way of servicing our customers and taking care of their needs. 
✅  Duties and responsibilities include and not limited to: Customer transactions, debit card related questions and issues, opening and servicing customer accounts, building positive customer relationships, online banking administration, notary services, main vault, and account closures.   

✅  High school diploma or equivalent.

✅  Previous experience in similar position at another banking institution.

✅  Moderate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

✅  Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, platform and teller applications.

✅  Advanced written, oral and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to explain all retail products and services to help clients with bank products and services and to respond to customer inquiries.

✅  Ability to understand and apply teller and new account services, policies, and procedures including Bank Secrecy Act and Audit requirements.

✅  Ability to understand and operate retail computer systems and applications.

Salary : $18 - $21
