Recruiting Researcher-Corporate Recruiter (Communications)

Overview
A leading global entertainment organization is seeking a Recruiting Researcher to support hiring within its Corporate Communications function. This is a high-impact, sourcing-focused role supporting a fast-paced hiring ramp over the next several months.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across Corporate Communications and related G&A functions
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative strategies
- Conduct high-volume candidate screening and early-stage assessments
- Partner closely with recruiters to deliver strong, ready-to-interview talent
- Perform market mapping and talent research
- Support diversity-focused sourcing efforts
Candidate Profile
- 10 years of recruiting experience (flexible for strong candidates).
- Strong background in sourcing and research (core requirement).
- Experience supporting corporate functions (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Legal, Finance)
- Comfortable screening mid-to-senior level candidates
- Experience in in-house environments preferred
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Environment
- Supports ~6–8 open roles simultaneously
- High-volume pipelining and screening focus
- Fast-moving, evolving team with shifting priorities
- Metrics-light environment; emphasis on outcomes and quality
Tools & Process
- Heavy use of LinkedIn sourcing
- Experience with ATS/tools like Eightfold is a plus
- Sourcing exercise required during interview process
