What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant / Compliance Specialist position at First Team Professional Resources?
The ideal candidate will have previous leasing experience, experience with YARDI and Rent Cafe, demonstrate great interpersonal skills, be a good communicator both with residents and co-workers and have good office/administrative skills. Experience with section 8, affordable housing/tax credit properties is a MUST HAVE for this position.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8/8:30am-5pm
$20-$23/hr to start
Preferred skill/experience
- Residential Leasing experience required.
- Strong organization and admin skills
- Good in team environment.
- Rent Cafe and Yardi experience REQUIRED
- Experience in Section 8 and tax credit properties.
- Experience with recertification a plus
- LIHTC experience
- Experience with affordable housing and/or tax credit properties
- Administrative duties (answering phones, customer service, etc.)
