We are looking to add a New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to assist our Customers with the technology and operation of the new Subaru! Also known as a LOVE ENCORE SPECIALIST, this role is critical in supporting new Subaru Owner's and their Vehicle.

A Vehicle Delivery Specialist is our Customer's contact regarding questions about the technology or how to operate key features in their new Subaru. A Vehicle Delivery Specialist trains to become a subject matter expert on all things Subaru in order to provide a complete explanation of Subaru Features, Warranty and Maintenance Schedules to our Customers! A Vehicle Delivery Specialist must maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above Subaru standards. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, articulate, familiar with technology, has patience to teach, a high energy level and outstanding customer follow-up skills. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check, drug screen, has a good driving record and be able to work in an all-weather environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Present Subaru products in an effective manner that ensures Customer understanding.
- Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge. Conduct continuous research and maintain a collection of Subaru product and technical information.
- Resolve Customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
- Master product knowledge on all Subaru vehicles.
- Develop and practice presentations for all Subaru vehicles and their features.
- Maintain and utilize a collection of technology information and resources to assist in explanations.
- Assist Customers in the delivery of their new Subaru and personalize those deliveries to their needs.
- Demonstrate vehicles features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls.
- Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information.
- Maintain a log of all Customer deliveries.
- Follow up on delivered vehicles within a specified amount of time to ensure Customer Satisfaction and understanding of featured technology.
- Train Sales Staff and other dealership personnel on new technology, as needed.
- Pro-actively engage with Customers who visit the dealership to answer questions and respond to concerns.
- Pro-actively collaborate with the Sales Department to assist Customers with their technology concerns by appointment.
- Oversee deliveries for the Sales Team to ensure that proper information is explained.
- Any other related responsibilities as assigned by manager.
