First Team Honda is looking for an energetic person to join the Team a Part-Time Receptionist for the afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/nights from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm and the last 2 Sundays of the month from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming phone calls.

Directs Caller to appropriate Department or Individual or takes a thorough message.
- Receipts in monies for the Sales and Finance Departments.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Closes Repair Order’s for the Service Department.
Experience and Skills:
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of CDK/ADP a plus
- 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Strong mathematical ability
- High school diploma or the equivalent
