First Team Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships in the Hampton Roads area! We are looking for a Parts Driver to join our First Team Kia Suffolk Team!!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick-up parts to and from our local customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary
• Follow up on back-ordered parts
• Ensure that all customers receive their copy of the invoice
• Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts
• Keep parts delivery vehicle clean and uncluttered
• Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times

Additional Responsibilities:

• Duties include, but not limited to daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assist Customers and Technicians, assist local Vendors, and more.

Requirements:

• Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments
• Organized and able to perform under pressure in order to meet stated deadlines
• Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and be a team player
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays
• Exceptional customer service.

Additional Requirements:

• Automotive parts sales experience preferred
• CDK system experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED
