First Team Automotive Group is family-owned and operated group of dealerships in the Hampton Roads area! With 6 First Team locations, we are growing and intend to dominate our market! We are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our Kia Suffolk location.

Responsibilities:
- Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Inform customers of part requirements and specials
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary
- Follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Ensure that all customers receive their copy of the Invoice.
- Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts
- Keep front counter area clean and uncluttered
- Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times
Additional Responsibilities:
- Duties include, but are not limited to, daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assisting customers and technicians, assisting local vendors, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments
- Organized and able to perform under pressure in order to meet stated deadlines
- Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and be a team player
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays
- Exceptional customer service skills
Additional Requirements:
- Automotive parts sales experience preferred.
- CDK system experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED
