- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with dispatch equipment and systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Computer proficiency
- Must pass DOT drug test and physical (Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, not permitted)
