What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant position at First Step Recovery?
First Step Recovery is currently hiring Full-time Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistants. Must have a current CDCA licensure (REQUIRED)
Basic job duties:
- Provide treatment services consistent with CDCA scope of practice.
- May provide group, individual, case management and /or crisis intervention services under supervision.
- Monitoring the safety and location of client's.
- Shifts may be 12 hours.
- Monitor client drug screening and use of medications.
- Experience with recovering population preferred.
