We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Supervisor to provide direction and supervision across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the business owners and shop staff.
- Monitor Staff Productivity and Time Management.
- Research parts and find the best quotes for purchasing.
- Schedule Maintenance and maintain calendar so equipment is ready when needed
- Create efficiency and ensure that quotas are met daily.
- Trouble Shoot any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Truck repair experience
- Employee time & motion evaluator
- Comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office
