Loan Coordinator I

First State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, positive and energetic individual with a strong work ethic for a Loan Coordinator I position. You will be assisting customers by processing loans, as well as answering questions regarding their loans. You will be assisting loan officers in your market to help customers achieve financial success.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values
Professionalism
- Greet customers in the loan area and create a positive customer experience for customers and vendors
- Answer phone in a courteous and professional manner
Initiative
- Process all paid out loans on a daily basis
- Order file maintenance - including extensions, due date changes, etc.
Adaptability
- Assist loan officers in the daily process of getting loans prepared and closed
- Process all incoming faxes

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Work well in a team setting
