Type of Position: Full time; Hours 8:00 AM -5:00 PM M-F; Occasional evening/weekend work may be required – Some travel may be required
General Summary
This position requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Must not share any information regarding clients with anyone in family, friends, spouse, public, etc. Assist with the daily operations of the department and perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent customer service, accuracy and problem-solving abilities
- Administration of debit cards and safe deposit boxes
- Accounts payable and supply ordering
- ACH and wire processing and proper maintenance of customer accounts
- Balancing internal accounts
- Process daily mail
- Administration of online banking A2A, P2P
- Coordinate and maintain written operational procedures and policies

Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Organization skills, multi-tasked oriented and possess attention to detail to curtail errors. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills, ability to learn quickly and to work as a team player.
- General office and computer skills required
