Role: Product Owner AI-Enabled Operations & Controls Platform (Back Office Operations & Global Business Finance)

Role Summary
Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment for AI-enabled back-office operations and controls. Partner with Back Office Operations & Global Business Finance to modernize workflows using AI, intelligent automation, and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery phase: define problems, workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
Build and manage product roadmap balancing transformation, stability, and near-term outcomes.
Drive AI-enabled transformation across reconciliation, exception management, controls monitoring, and evidence generation using ML, NLP, LLMs, and automation.
Manage delivery execution: milestones, risks, dependencies, and transparency.
Collaborate across business, engineering, architecture, data science, and leadership.
Own and prioritize backlog, epics, and stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Champion quality, controls, auditability, and responsible AI usage.
Handle stakeholder conflicts and align teams toward outcomes.
Required Qualifications
7 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst in financial services.
Direct experience in back-office operations, fund accounting, reconciliation, treasury, controller workflows.
Proven experience leading AI-driven / intelligent automation initiatives in finance or investment operations.
Strong expertise in fund accounting, NAV, GL controls, reconciliation platforms, operational controls within asset managers, hedge funds, or fund administrators.
Strong planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with engineering and data science teams; understanding of software development, AI models, and workflow integration.
Strong communication, problem-solving, integrity, and decision-making under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
Experience with Geneva, Arcesium, Investran, Kyriba, or similar platforms.
Treasury, cash management, or investment operations transformation experience.
Experience with external fund administrators, CI/CD, cloud, event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, and data platforms.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation platforms in financial services
