Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional full-stack engineering team (backend, frontend, QA)
- Drive the design and development of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability
- Provide technical leadership, including architecture decisions, code reviews, and problem resolution
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting team growth and skill development
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliverables
- Implement and promote automation-first QA practices, including tools like Playwright (TypeScript)
- Work with SQL and Python for data processing, integrations, and backend support
- Ensure effective use of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous delivery
- Drive Agile methodologies and improve team productivity and delivery efficiency
