Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and redesign of business processes and workflows
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
- Drive process standardization and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams to align processes with system capabilities
- Support change management and process adoption
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
- Ensure compliance with state policies, standards, and regulations
- 7 years of experience in business process consulting / business analysis
- Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in enterprise or government environments
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma / BPM
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems
- Exposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives
