Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and data platform initiatives.
- Partner with FP&A, Finance, and executive leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Design and implement modern data architectures supporting analytics, reporting, forecasting, and machine learning workloads.
- Drive data integration, data modeling, data governance, and data quality initiatives across multiple source systems.
- Architect and oversee large-scale data transformation programs involving structured and unstructured data.
- Lead development teams in building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-native data solutions.
- Ensure delivery excellence through effective planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish data standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers, architects, and analysts.
- Present technical and business solutions to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 20 25 years of overall experience in Information Technology services across multiple industries.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics programs.
- Strong experience working directly with senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience delivering FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
- 8 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data platform architectures.
