- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business ideas into well-defined technology demands
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
- Perform as-is and to-be process analysis to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
- Create process flows, system diagrams, and business models
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop ROI, TCO, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making
- Assist in preparing business cases and funding justifications
- Evaluate feasibility and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, intake sessions, and requirement discussions
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support demand lifecycle processes and governance frameworks
- Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, risks, and dependencies
- Assess technical feasibility and recommend solution approaches
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Support integration of new solutions into existing environments
- 3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business case development
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Experience working with demand management or portfolio tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong understanding of business-to-technology translation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and insights
- Familiarity with Agile / ITIL / PMP / CBAP or similar frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise IT environments and governance processes
