Schedule: 8 hour shifts 3x per week

First Resources Corp. is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Hourly Services team. In this role, you'll support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and community integration by assisting with daily living skills, personal goals, and meaningful activities.

We provide a wide range of home- and community-based services, including behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, and hourly and residential support. What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
• Provide transportation to appointments and events
• Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed
