Your Unique Schedule: This role features a bi-weekly rotating schedule designed to give you consistent hours while maintaining your work-life balance:

Week 1: Mon (8a-4p), Tue-Thu (10a-6p), Sat (4p-Midnight)

How You'll Make a Difference
As a DSP, you aren't just staff-you are a mentor and a champion for our clients. You will:

Foster Independence: Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, and community social outings.

Provide Vital Support: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and transfers when needed).

Advocate: Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure every client's unique needs are met.

Connect: Transport clients to appointments and local events.
What You'll Need to Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
