What You'll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support Peer Support Specialists.
- Coordinate daily operations of Peer Wellness Centers and community-based peer support programs.
- Provide direct peer support services and recovery-focused guidance.
- Develop staff schedules, ensure program coverage, and support service quality.
- Lead recovery groups, wellness activities, and community engagement efforts.
- Assist participants in identifying goals, building coping skills, accessing resources, and strengthening independence.
- Support outreach, partnerships, and community awareness initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with program requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Lived experience with mental health recovery, substance use recovery, and/or behavioral health challenges.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, peer support, recovery support, or behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, scheduling, and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between service locations.
- Ability to obtain required peer support certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
