We are seeking an independent, highly self-motivated individual who, under the direction of the property manager, is responsible for ensuring the efficient physical and financial operation of the property while providing the highest level of customer service possible to unit residents/owners.Provides the highest quality of service to clients as it is requested including responding promptly and courteously to all resident inquiries, needs, and emergencies.Assists residents with move insAssists the Concierge staff and fills in as necessary.Enter condo fees into systems.Responsible for office administration such as:o Taking maintenance service requests and following up with maintenance staff to ensure completion when necessaryo Ordering office supplies, maintaining postage machine and arranging office equipment repairsResponsible for ensuring common areas are stocked and maintained such as:o Coffee and refreshments are available o Opening the Fitness Facility each day and ensuring it is clean and fully stocked with supplies.Pool area is stocked with towels and supplies Responsible for resident events programming such as:Assisting with resident activities and parties o Writing and issuing a quarterly newsletter to residentsQUALIFICATIONS:Polished and professional demeanor, someone who is well-spoken, cordial, organizedKnowledge and experience in hospitality & concierge servicesSuperior customer service skills as well as superb written and communication skillsProficient computer skills, including most Microsoft Office programs; experience with RealPage and Vantaca preferred Minimum of Bachelor’s degree strongly preferredMinium 2-3 years of experience within property management, in a condominium property, is required
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
