Sales and Service HVAC Technician
Commission-Based | Target Earnings $80,000-$120,000 annually

What You'll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Identify replacement opportunities and system upgrades
- Educate homeowners on comfort solutions and equipment options
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every appointment
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communication

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-minded approach with confidence recommending solutions
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- HVAC trade school training preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
