Residential HVAC Installation Tech
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay Range: $27-$42 per hour performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (overtime available)

Key Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems to company quality standards
- Work with furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and cooling systems
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient installations
- Test and balance completed systems
- Train and support junior installers when needed
- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every job

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and ductwork
- Understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant systems
- Ability to read and apply residential codes and safety standards
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor others
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
