We are seeking a Maintenance Planning and Parts Leader for our First Quality Retail Services facility located in Lewistown, PA. This position will be Responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability. This role supervises maintenance planners and storeroom specialists.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Observes all safety rules and utilizes the proper safety equipment.
- Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
- Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelines.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize disruption.
- Ensure work orders are properly prioritized and assigned.
- Lead and mentor maintenance planners.
- Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and materials for planned maintenance activities.
- Work with procurement to manage vendor relationships and obtain necessary services.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in Hexagon EAM.
- Review maintenance data to identify trends, improve reliability, and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports on maintenance KPIs, such as equipment uptime, work order completion rates, and work order backlog.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and reliability-centered maintenance strategies
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of maintenance planning experience preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills are required
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in and manage a team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate both orally and written
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Prior computer experience preferred
