Role Description
This is a temporary full-time role (woth opportuntiy to transition to permanent) based in Albertville, AL, with some flexibility to work remotely.
As an Onsite Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance, managing tenant relations, handling financial operations such as rent collection, and ensuring compliance with legal and leasing requirements. The role also involves property inspections, marketing vacant units, and preparing reports for property owners.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including property maintenance coordination and tenant relations management
- Familiarity with financial tasks such as rent collection, budget management, and report preparation
- Knowledge of legal compliance and lease agreements
- Proficiency in organization, problem-solving, and effective time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with property management software and relevant tools
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is preferred but not required
- Bi-lingual
