We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to meet our growing needs.
Job Duties for Property Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Market and advertise available units to attract prospective tenants.
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, tenant interactions, and property maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field.
- Knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (OneSite preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
