Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will manage and coordinate projects and orders from initial review through completion. This role will work closely with customers and internal teams, including production, drafting, purchasing, and sales, to track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure requirements and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project kickoff, production, drafting, customer, and project review meetings.
• Manage project schedules, status updates, approvals, and outstanding activities.
• Coordinate shop drawings, order changes, RFIs, and customer requirements.
• Review architectural and structural drawings against contracts, quotations, and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot material, design, and field conflicts and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with production and purchasing to coordinate required materials and project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ERP system updates.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Follow up on projects in drafting, awaiting approval, or released for production.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to junior Project Managers when required.
• Maintain project files and status documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar Project Management capacity.
• Experience with building façades and exterior design/construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication methods and processes.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience working with contractors.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
