What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Collections Representative position at First Piedmont?
First Piedmont is looking for a full-time loan collections and loan servicing representative for our loan servicing department. This position works with delinquent loan customer in efforts to collect payment. It handles the collection/repossession/foreclosure of assigned loans. The candidate for this position must be kind and professional but firm. The candidate must be comfortable dealing difficult customers. Also, the position deals with some general loan servicing questions such as loan payoffs, escrow questions, placing loans on a drafted payment, updating or releasing lockouts, etc.
Previous debt collection experience is preferred.
