What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transfer Station Utility Worker position at FIRST PIEDMONT CORPORATION?
The Martinsville Transfer Station Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and inventory clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe and secure. The Utility Worker will handle landscaping and custodial duties as directed performing skilled and unskilled tasks in the upkeep and repair of facilities and transfer station. The candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of company premises and equipment. The Utility Worker will also assist in Truck Switching duties utilizing a yard tractor to move trailers into and out of the pit, preparing trailers for loading and hauling, tarping, and un-tarping trailers.
