First Physical & Functional Rehab is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist (Contractor) to help keep our clinics clean, safe, and welcoming for our patients and staff. This is a full-time, 30 to 40-hour-per-week contract position with regular travel between our Wahiawa, Waipahu, and Waiʻanae locations.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor areas
- Wash and deep-clean carpets as needed
- Clean restrooms, staff areas, and patient spaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Wipe down surfaces, windows, and high-touch areas
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entryways, and treatment rooms
- Restock essential cleaning supplies
- Wash, dry, and fold clinic laundry as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues
- Ensure all facilities remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel between clinic sites
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Travel between Wahiawa, Waipahu, and Waiʻanae clinics as required
Compensation
- Contractor position; rate discussed upon interview
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
