We’re hiring an Entry Level Verizon Associate to represent Verizon wireless and internet products and services in Chattanooga, TN. This full-time opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and building sales and customer communication skills. No previous sales experience is required hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
As an Entry Level Verizon Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain Verizon products and services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. You’ll build practical experience through customer engagement, product education, sales conversations, and enrollment, while developing the skills needed to grow within a professional team.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Entry Level Verizon Associate
- Engage directly with customers and introduce relevant Verizon wireless and internet products and services.
- Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and recommend Verizon solutions based on their priorities.
- Present product features, service options, and promotions clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer questions and guide customers through the sales and enrollment process.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and dependable follow-through.
- Work with teammates and leadership to support daily sales, customer engagement, and team goals.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- No previous sales experience required; customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and learning new products and technology.
- Dependable, motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Interest in developing sales skills and growing within a team environment.
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
