Be the first point of contact for technology and office needs across our firm and keep our team connected and productive.
What you will do:
🛠️ Run our help desk and troubleshoot computers, phones, printers, and software
💼 Set up equipment and manage accounts with HR for onboarding and offboarding
🏢 Support office facilities and shared spaces
✈️ Visit our Portland, Seattle, Bellevue, and Juneau offices quarterly
You bring 1 to 2 years of tech support, help desk, or IT experience (or a related degree or certificate), working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, and a patient, service-minded approach. Valid driver's license required.
