As our COO steps into the role of President, we're looking for a Head of Operations to lead our Foundation team (operations, HR, marketing, facilities, and accounting) and join our executive leadership team.
You'll:
✅ Lead, coach, and develop the Foundation team
✅ Help run our EOS rhythm and turn our One Plan into clear priorities
✅ Oversee firm operations and lead HR at a high level
✅ Build energy and connection across all our offices
You bring 10 years of operations leadership (5 leading teams across HR, finance, or operations), a record of building accountable, high-trust teams, and a systems mindset.
Bachelor's required; MBA preferred. EOS experience is a plus.
