We are currently seeking a Financial Services Coordinator (a/k/a Senior Teller) for our Streeterville Branch.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide internal sales support to the Financial Services Department.
- Provide excellent member service to credit union members and guests.
- Multi-task and receive and complete work through a variety of channels, including online, telephone, in-person, mail, fax, etc.
- Provide Teller line support and accept responsibility for branch balancing, cash ordering and ATM reconciliation.
- Attention to detail in completing reports, projects, etc. in an accurate and timely manner.
- Analyze, audit, and report on personal bankers' pending lending applications and new account opening and onboarding (follow-up).
- Audit, input, and process new member welcome packets.
- Prepare and deliver Truth-in-Lending initial disclosures, Adverse Action Notices, withdrawn loan surveys, thank you notes, follow-up letters, etc.
- Knowledge of First Northern' s consumer/personal banking deposit and loan products and services.
- Expected to understand all of the Streeterville Branch operations and the support needed to maintain operational efficiencies.
- Refer members to personal bankers for new products and services.
- Administrative, clerical and data entry, filing, mailing, scanning, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist FSA with Loan application (reviewing and booking)
Qualifications include:
- You must enjoy working with people
- Solid communication skills are required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- High school diploma (or the equivalent)
Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
