Education: Four year college degree
Experience: Four years of either Commercial or Retail lending experience.
Other Requirements: Will be required to travel to seek loans from potential customers.
Position Summary:
Ability to process commercial loan applications, credit analysis and to prepare presentation for committee or Board review. Maintain customer relationships, business development and portfolio management.
Core Responsibilities:
· Full credit memos for the renewals and maturing loans.
· Assist lenders with new requests.
· Have assigned various accounts from the existing commercial portfolio.
· Act as full service loan officer for piece of portfolio assigned/allocated.
