Essential Duties
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services.
- Promote and refer bank products and services.
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Saturday rotation as scheduled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
