First National Bank is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Trust Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations that support our trust and wealth management services. In this role, you'll oversee critical processes, guide a talented team, improve workflows, and help ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality service.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Trust Operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Oversee operational processes that support trust, estate, investment, and wealth management services.
- Ensure transactions, records, and account activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.
- Partner with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, Compliance, Information Technology, Finance, and other departments to support business objectives.
- Monitor operational controls and help ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and support system enhancements and technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain procedures that promote consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Lead or participate in projects related to process improvement, technology implementation, and operational change.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in banking, trust operations, wealth management operations, financial services, or a similar environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Experience reviewing processes and implementing operational improvements.
- Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
