Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-key
- Comfortable in a repetitive environment
- Banking and loan experience preferred
- Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Job Description
- Conduct pre-funding review of loan documentation for consumer, commercial and real estate loans
- Perform TRID reviews of Loan Estimate forms and Closing Disclosure Forms
- Create, review, and maintain consumer and commercial loan files
- Prepare documents for retention and storage
- Assist with Exception Reporting
- Post-closing QC of Consumer and Commercial loans
- Establish and maintain RM information for new customers
- Verify proper forms are accounted for and signed
- Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the Loan Operations Internal Guidelines and assigned approval limits
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a standing stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
