What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Financial Analyst position at First National Bank Texas?
* Assist in the analysis of data and extracts and defines relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past performance and/or to project a future trend
* Perform moderately complex statistical analysis of data reported in the various banking and financial systems
* Develop reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis
* Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports
* Participate in various projects as needed
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications:
* 1 to 2 years related analytical experience and/or system/database development experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Access
* Oracle SmartView and Financial Reporting experience preferred
* Capable of meeting strict deadlines
* Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
* Capable of multi-task and meeting strict deadlines
* Able to effectively work with employees at all levels
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
