What You’ll Do:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
- Build relationships with customers and identify ways to meet their financial needs
- Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with account questions, problem resolution, and basic banking services
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and balances
- Support branch operations and work closely with your team
