Now, we're looking for a passionate Sales Professional to help us grow or impact and connect more people with the care they need. 

As the Client Relations Specialist, you’ll be the face of our company in the community. You will attend events, network with local organizations, and build strong relationships to bring in new client referrals. This is a relationship-building, marketing, and sales-oriented role — perfect for someone outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

    • Be the Community Expert- Represent the company at local events, health fairs, job fairs, senior expos, and community gatherings.
      Distribute marketing materials and maintain consistent visibility in the community

    • Build Partnerships and meaningful relationships with:

      • Senior centers, healthcare providers, and hospital discharge planners

      • Local schools, CNA programs, and workforce development offices

      • Churches, nonprofits, and other referral sources

    •  Be the Community Expert- Promote our company’s services and generate new client referrals through community engagement.


    • Turn Opportunities into Results- Respond quickly to inquires, assess client needs, and help families choose the right care solution

    •  ✅Own Your Success- Manage your sales pipeline, hit your goals, and celebrate you wins.

      • Track outreach efforts and provide weekly reports on progress toward goals.

      • Consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for new client leads and partnerships.

    •  ✅Collaborate for Impact- Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute community engagement campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive referrals.

      • Work closely with our care team to deliver a seamless experience for every client you bring in.

      Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven sales or business development success (healthcare or home care experience is a big plus!)

  • A strong closer with excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills

    • Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with a wide variety of people. 

  • Someone who can build trust and influence decision-makers

  • A self-starter who is energetic, goal-oriented and thrives on results

  • Tech-savvy with CRM/sales tools, Apple, and Microsoft Office

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some evenings/weekends for events as needed)
