Key Responsibilities
Build and cultivate a strong referral base for home health care clients across the local medical community.
Target and engage key healthcare partners, including hospitals, long-term care (LTC) facilities, rehabilitation centers, and physician offices.
Represent FirstLight Home Care professionally at local networking events and industry functions to drive brand awareness.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly outreach and referral goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in the healthcare industry (home health or elder care experience strongly preferred).
Deep understanding of the elder care landscape and local healthcare networks in South Jersey.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to work independently in the field.
Uncompromising integrity and a genuine passion for helping families access quality care.
Vehicle Requirement: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Potential: $20,000 additional annual target bonus based on performance
Total Compensation Target: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
Travel Allowance: Standard mileage reimbursement provided
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
