What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service of Process Specialist position at First Legal Network LLC?
Position Summary:
The Investigation Difficult Service of Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy of all data recorded and performs ongoing database maintenance within the Investigation Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- New order entry of assignments into the company’s case management system
- Identifying and assigning assignments to the appropriate field agent
- Managing assigned assignments to ensure timely progress statuses to client and timely assignment completion
- Create and maintain positive relationships with field agents and clients
- Prepares and ensures accurate proofs of service/affidavits of service
- Ensure proofs of service/affidavits of service are provided to field agents for signature and timely submission to clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excels at project management and organization
- Demonstrates advanced math and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in quickly adapting and mastering various software platforms in an ever-evolving technologically assisted environment
- Ability and desire to enthusiastically adapt to evolving job competencies and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Schedule/Location:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- In-Office - Henderson, NV
- Entry Level -Based on experience
