Position Summary:
As a Concierge Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional assistance to legal professionals with their eFiling needs. Your core responsibilities include engaging with clients through phone and email, delivering proactive, personalized support. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of creating an Effortless Experience for every client interaction.
Job Duties:
- Provide support to legal professionals with their eFiling inquiries, including status updates, questions regarding legal documents, court rules and procedures, and direct communication with the court on behalf of the client
- Utilize your tech-savvy skills to navigate various software platforms and systems efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Organize and prioritize tasks to effectively manage client requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service excellence, actively seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction
- Think critically to analyze client needs and identify appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certification in customer service, business administration, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in either the legal industry, a call center, or customer service is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms and systems is required
- A passion for customer service excellence and a genuine desire to help others is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively are necessary to handle multiple client inquiries and requests simultaneously
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Schedule/Location:
- Remote - CA, AZ, CO, CT, FL, IL, MI, NV, NY, PA, TX, UT, WA, WV
- Full Time - Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm PST or 8:00am-5:00pm PST (multiple shift times)
