Job Overview
We are looking for dependable, hardworking Concrete Construction Crew Members to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with all phases of concrete construction, including site preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites for concrete work.
- Set and strip concrete forms.
- Place rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcing materials.
- Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in concrete placement, screeding, floating, edging, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous concrete or general construction experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team.
- Valid driver's license.
