Caregiver / Personal Care Aide – Denver, Aurora & Surrounding Areas

First Hope Home Care is hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides in Denver, Aurora, Centennial, and surrounding areas to provide high-quality non-medical in-home care. Our mission is to support seniors and individuals in maintaining independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes through dependable and personalized care.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible schedule while doing meaningful work that directly impacts people's lives. As a personal aide you will build strong relationships with clients and play an important role in their daily well-being, safety, and overall quality of life. We are looking for people who are professional, caring, and committed to providing respectful and dependable support.

Caregiver / Personal Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming

• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

• Assist with mobility and help maintain a safe home environment

• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office

• Follow caregiver plans and agency guidelines to ensure quality service

Caregiver / Personal Care Aide Requirements:

• Caregiving experience preferred (CNA not required)

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Denver area

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate

Pay & Schedule:

• $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

• Flexible part-time scheduling

• Opportunity for additional hours as we continue to grow
